The Professional plan is ready in 7 days and Premium in 10 days from the moment you give us your materials (logo, copy and information). If you include the photo shoot, we do it within the first 2 days so the photos are ready on time.
Does the photo shoot happen at my business? +
Yes, we come to your location. We photograph your products, your space and your team. The Premium plan also includes product photos on a clean backdrop. Every photo is delivered edited and optimized so your site loads fast.
Do I need to be tech savvy to manage my website? +
Not at all. With the monthly maintenance plan we handle everything: photo changes, price updates, new products, fixing any issue. You just text us what you want changed.
What if I do not like the design? +
Before we start we ask for examples of websites you like and have a short call to understand your style. Every plan includes 1 to 3 rounds of revisions. If after all revisions you are still not satisfied, we refund your money.
How does payment work? Do I pay everything up front? +
No. We work with 50% up front and 50% once the website is finished and approved. We accept bank transfer, Zelle and PayPal. If you want your own domain, it costs about $15-20 a year and is billed separately.
